WALLDORF — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that Gartner Inc. has positioned SAP SuccessFactors solutions in the leaders quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises” report, citing completeness of vision and ability to execute.
SAP SuccessFactors solutions have been positioned as a leader in the HCM suite market for midsize and large enterprises since the report’s inception in 2016.
“We are honored that Gartner has once again recognized SAP SuccessFactors solutions as a leader in the HCM market,” said Greg Tomb, president, SAP SuccessFactors. “It’s a testament to our commitment to not only be bold in our vision to help businesses transform their workforce experiences, but to deliver the innovation our customers need to win in an increasingly competitive market.”
According to Gartner: “Leaders demonstrate a market-defining vision of how HCM technology can help HR leaders achieve business objectives. Leaders have the ability to execute against that vision through products and services and have demonstrated solid business results in the form of revenue and earnings. In the cloud HCM suite market, leaders show a consistent ability to win deals, including the foundational elements of admin HR (with a large number of country-specific HR localizations) and high attach rates of TM, WFM and HRSD capabilities. They have multiple proof points of successful implementations. Further, these customers have workforces deployed in more than one of the main geographic regions (North America, Europe, MENA, Latin America and Asia Pacific) in a wide variety of vertical industries and sizes of organization (by number of employees). Leaders are often what other providers in the market measure themselves against.”
Competing in today’s talent market requires companies to provide an exceptional employee experience at every step of their journey. SAP SuccessFactors solutions provide a scalable and comprehensive suite of intelligent solutions spanning core HR, talent management, people analytics and employee experience management in addition to a robust ecosystem of partner apps. The solutions help customers around the world redefine experiences to keep employees engaged and accelerate business performance.
“With more than 31,000 employees in 26 cities, we are focused on creating one unified culture and set of standards and processes,” said Hernan Garcia, chief employee experience officer, Tec de Monterrey, Mexico’s institute of technology and higher education. “SAP SuccessFactors solutions have helped us transform our employee experience, from offering our employees new career development opportunities across the organization to enabling easier collaboration for employees across different campuses to quicker onboarding for new professors. By implementing these changes, we are able to compete in today’s competitive talent market.”
