  • Prioritized Translations: Human translations are used first, with machine translations filling any gaps.
  • Availability: Applies to all SuccessFactors HTML documentation on the SAP Help Portal.

SAP for Me now includes an interactive Customer Insights Dashboard with analytical reporting. Launched on September 27, the tool offers a comprehensive view of:

  • Support entitlements

  • System landscape, and more

Provides real-time data and insights to help maximize your SAP investment.

 SAP is rolling out the latest version of the Org Chart:

  • First Half 2024: Customers using the legacy org chart can switch to the latest version, with an option to opt-out.
  • Second Half 2024: The latest org chart will become Universal for all customers.
  • First Half 2025: The legacy org chart will be deprecated and no longer available.

SAP is introducing two new People Profile experiences:

  • Profile Preview and Spotlight View
  • These will be available as opt-out in the First Half 2024 release.
  • Universal Availability will be in the First Half 2025 release.

This new experience will be shipped alongside the existing Full Profile experience.

  • End of Life Timeline:
  1. End of Maintenance: 2H 2025.
  2. Deprecation: 1H 2026.
  • New Onboarding Solution:

The latest version of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding integrates people, processes, and technology to create efficient and engaging onboarding experiences.

  • Customer Support:

o Open Office Hours: Held on the third Tuesday of every month for expert guidance and Q&A.
o Registration: Links are available on the Customer Community blog.

  • Recommendation:

o Customers using Onboarding 1.0 are encouraged to start planning their migration to the new solution now.

1. Overview:

  • The Latest Goal Management (introduced in 1H 2023) offers a redesigned user interface and enhanced goal creation and management capabilities.
  • New features include integration with Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and Dynamic Teams.

2. Availability:

  • Opt-in for Product instances.
  • Opt-out for Preview instances.
  • Manual upgrades are available but are irreversible (no reversion to legacy).

3. Planned Rollout:

  • Universal rollout is scheduled for early 2025.

  • Consider upgrading to the latest version to explore its new features. Review the Customer Community blog for guidance.

1. Retirement Announcement:

o Tiles & Dashboards will be retired with the 2H 2025 release.
o No timeline has been set yet for the retirement of Table and Canvas Reporting.
